These photographs were made inside the old Arlington Mill Community Center the night before it was finally demolished.
Photographer Duy Tran first learned photography at the Mill as a member of Paula Endo's Columbia Heights West Teen Photo Program. The home where he grew up, and where his parents still live, is within a half-block of this site.
A new center will begin being constructed in summer 2011.
